Overview

In this position, you’ll support clients in planning all types of travel—vacations, corporate trips, cruises, resort stays, and more. Your mission: guide them through choices, book their reservations, and ensure every part of their journey is seamless and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create customized travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and activities.
2. Offer personalized recommendations based on each client’s interests, needs, and budget.
3. Stay informed on destination updates, travel policies, requirements, and current promotions.
4. Partner with trusted travel suppliers to secure the best pricing, availability, and package options.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty, repeat bookings, and referrals.
6. Assist clients with required travel documents, travel insurance options, and important trip information.
7. Accurately record all bookings, payments, itineraries, and trip details in the appropriate systems.

What we offer

Commission-based earnings on travel bookings (this is a 1099 independent contractor role).
