Job Description:
Knowledge/Skills required
  • Basic knowledge of how the web works, networking, and software products
  • Taking ownership of technical issues and working with our Development teams to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
  • Resolving escalated user complaints without the need for team lead intervention
  • Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution step
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Linux and general desktop support issues
  • Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, Domain Environment, Firewalls and other networking concepts
  • Basic knowledge of internet protocols such as SSH, FTP, SFTP, HTTP/HTTP
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills
  • Excellent phone manners

About This Internship Program:
  • This a paid internship program of 3 months and is for our Lahore centers only.
  • Extensive training of 3 months will be provided.
  • This internship program doesn't guarantee a job.
