Video Game Trader in Buford, GA is looking for one Trading Card Game (TCG) customer service specialist to join our 6 person strong team. We are located on 1328 Buford Highway. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and training customers on how to play Trading Card Games, such as Magic the Gathering, Pokemon & Yu-Gi-Oh
• Help customers determine which TCG products would be best based on their needs and wants.
• Run pre-release, draft, sealed and learn-to-play events in store.

Qualifications

• Must have expensive experience playing Magic the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon
• Must be polite, energetic and outgoing.
• Must have patience to be able to teach new players
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Because most TCG events take place a night and on weekends, both of these may be required.
