Foundation Title, LLC is seeking a New Jersey Title Insurance Processor for both refinance and purchase real estate transactions, in the Bergen County area. Qualified applicants must have experience with the following:

• reviewing and clearing title requirements
• reviewing all documents related to the closing process, including lender closing instructions and conveyance documents.
• preparation of closing disclosure or settlement statement.
• processing documents for recording.
• be familiar with NJ tax and municipal liens.
• communication with lenders and banks
• communication with legal offices
• communication with real estate offices

The ideal candidate should have a combination of prior experience as a title processor or processing in a related field within real estate or legal services. The candidate should also have attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, agents, and attorneys. Profieiency in resolving issues that arise during the title search and settlement process. Familiarity with title software and general office software Microsoft 365 and RESWARE are a plus. A collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team environment. A strong focust on customer service to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
