Massive Networks is a managed network service provider that is seeking dependable Tier 1 NOC Technicians to monitor our network and provide helpdesk support. Applicants must be able to work independently and provide quick and friendly support.
The responsibilities of Tier 1 NOC Technicians include:
The datacenter is staffed 24x7x365, and this entry-level position requires rotation from day to night shifts for intervals of 6 months. We will train the right individuals who demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning and a desire to gain new skills. Basic computer literacy is essential, and previous call center experience is a plus.
