Telefundraiser — Remote (US Nationwide)

About DVCanvass

DVCanvass is DonorVoice's dedicated telefundraising division. DonorVoice is a behavioral science-driven fundraising organization — and that means we don't do generic phone scripts. We train our team to have real conversations that build genuine donor relationships.

You'll work on campaigns for well-known nonprofits: humane societies, food banks, hospitals, human rights organizations, and international aid groups.

What you'll do

1. Raise funds by phone on behalf of nonprofit partners — speaking with prospective donors, lapsed and current supporters, and non-donor constituents such as adopters and volunteers
2. Represent each partner organization as a true extension of their mission — speaking authentically, listening actively, and leaving every person feeling respected and appreciated
3. Hit weekly and monthly fundraising goals with support from your team lead
4. Participate in trainings, huddles, and coaching sessions that actually make you better

Compensation

Base pay: $21/hr, paid biweekly. Strong performers regularly reach $35–$40/hr with weekly and monthly bonuses.

Full benefits package after 90 days, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match.

Schedule

Fully remote, anywhere in the US. Full-time is up to 5 shifts per week; part-time is a minimum of 3. Shifts run 6–8 hours, generally in afternoon and evening windows. Stable internet and a quiet workspace required.

Requirements

1. Must be based in the United States
2. High-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home workspace
3. Availability for afternoon and evening shifts on a consistent weekly schedule
4. Comfortable with Zoom, Slack, and digital platforms
5. Previous experience in telefundraising, telemarketing, or phone-based sales strongly preferred
