Qualifications

  • Must have 8yrs. to 10 yrs. Techno-functional Lead Experienced in Supply Chain Systems, Retail Warehouse Management.
  • Experience in testing Ware-house automated solutions like Bastian / Exo-tech3
  • Must have Good Retail experience and understanding of E2E functional flows from Warehouse Management perspective.
  • Must have experience in coordinating onshore and offshore team
  • Test Café or any java script-based automation tool

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform Automation Testing of Supply Chain Systems, WMS Domain Applications using Bastian / Exo-tech3 automation tools technologies and applying Cognizant’s Best Practice.
  • Test Execution and Debugging for developed Automation Scripts. Defect Logging for failure scripts and tracking it for closure.
  • Understands business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determines corresponding enterprise solution designs and change requirements to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes.
  • Understands business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determines corresponding enterprise solution designs and change requirements to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes.
  • Gather the business & technical requirements from Business Analyst, Business stake holders and Tech SMEs. Attend the requirement calls and raise the clarifications. Tracking the base lined requirements from business using Test Management Tools like JIRA. Customizing / Tailoring the required tools or software to accommodate the base lined requirements on the application modules level and its interfaces levels
  • Must have experience in coordinating onshore and offshore team
  • Identify the risk and should share mitigation plan to all stake holders.
  • Review deliverables from offshore team and publish the status.
  • Support Functional and Automation Deliverables.

Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 73,670/- to $ 112,420/- depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
