In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive and accurate scripts for personas—fictionalized yet realistic representations of roles within a company. Your work will focus on creating narratives and task flows that reflect the daily responsibilities of these roles. These scripts will play a crucial part in enhancing training programs and product development supporting AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research company roles and their core responsibilities to ensure a deep understanding of their daily workflows, goals, and challenges.

• Develop detailed persona scripts that clearly outline the role's tasks, priorities, and pain points.

• Collaborate with team members to gather insights and validate persona details.

• Incorporate realistic scenarios and use cases into scripts to make personas relatable and effective for their intended purposes.

• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and project objectives when creating persona narratives.

• Revise and refine scripts based on feedback from stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in scriptwriting, technical writing, or similar roles.

• Strong research and analytical skills to understand and translate role responsibilities into compelling narratives.

• Adept at handling ambiguity.

• Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with a knack for creating engaging and clear content.
