Location: 100% Remote

Salary: $90k - $110k

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our software products. You will work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product features and translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain user manuals, help guides, and online documentation for software applications.
2. Collaborate with software developers and product teams to gather information and understand product functionalities.
3. Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
4. Create and maintain documentation templates and style guides to ensure consistency across all materials.
5. Assist in providing software support by addressing user queries related to documentation and product usage.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Technical Writer
2. Must have experience working for an Email Automation Software Company or marketing automation company.
3. Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.
4. Proficiency in using documentation tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
6. Experience offering software support would be a plus
7. Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) products is a plus.
