We are looking for a technical writer passionate about crafting well-structured, succinct, and clear help documentation. Help us showcase the value of documentation, empowering our readers to self-help and keep our engineers productive.

 

Key Qualifications

 

• Minimum of 3-5 years technical writing experience

• Ability to write well-crafted, easy-to-consume documentation

• Experience with Atlassian Confluence

• Experience modifying CSS on Confluence templates

• Experience with JIRA Service Management (JSM)

• Knack for distilling technical manuals into simplified clear documentation

• Excellent communication skills and writing capabilities

• Ability to work collaboratively

 

Description

 

The ideal candidate will possess technical writing skills, be comfortable interacting with people, be highly organized, and be able to deliver high-quality written deliverables under tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Attention to detail comes naturally to this person who will ensure all content provides clarity and accuracy, conveys the proper voice, and aligns with an internal style guide.
