We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writer to work as part of a dynamic duo to create and maintain product and internal process documentation for a scaling organization.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in managing product documentation and internal process documentation.
2. Assist with growth to manage simple to moderate complexity documentation projects.
3. Assist in translation management.
4. Write, edit, and format product documentation and internal process documentation.
5. Collaborate with technical teams to gather and research information about products and processes.
6. Ensure technical verbiage is easy to understand for the end user while supporting content strategy and translation requirements.

Requirements

1. Proven work experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, or similar role.
2. Provide samples of your favorite work.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field.
2. Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
3. Strong project management skills.
4. Docs-as-code experience, or willingness to learn docs-as-code
