Job Responsibilities

1、 Provide professional guidance for daily repair issues at global repair sites and assist in handling repair problems.

2、 Collect, compile, and analyze DOA (Dead on Arrival) and second return data from global repair sites.

3、 Review and approve global repair site scrap applications, conduct initial test interception analysis, and determine responsibilities.

4、 Collect and analyze data on abnormal batch fault machines and feedback to R&D for further analysis.

5、 Conduct training on new product repairs, system operation training, and develop supporting SOPs and technical support documents.

6、 Provide remote and on-site technical support for mining machine repairs, including container support.

7、 Regularly online meeting with colleagues based in China.

Job Requirements

1、 Ability to diagnose mining machine faults and analyze logs.

2、 Skills in determining responsibilities for scrap and analyzing faulty machine repairs.

3、 Ability to organize technical documents and SOPs.

4、 Experience in repairing electronic products is preferred.

5、 Willingness to travel.

6、 Willingness to work across time zones for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
