POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a skilled Webmaster to manage NetCom Learning’s web presence. The Webmaster will be responsible for maintaining servers and ensuring websites are functional, user-friendly, visually pleasing, and up-to-date. We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work well in a team, collaborating with managers, designers, writers, etc. As an exceptional Webmaster, you should have excellent technical skills and a good understanding of creative online marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices.
Maintain, configure and troubleshoot servers.
Ensure site security by setting up firewalls and login pages.
Optimize loading speeds and capacity.
Debug pages and fix broken links or images.
Update website content and review SEO.
Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g traffic, conversions).
Address user complaints.
Serve as the server administrator.
Manage URL redirection and optimization.
Support activities regarding new page or tab creation in the website.
Ensure that GA codes are effectively included in all pages.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
Must have coding experience of HTML, JavaScript, Python or Swift.
5+ years’ experience in the technology field.
Strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
Able to manage multiple websites.
Online marketing and SEO skills.
Knowledge of IT security.
