OVERVIEW:
Innovative Concrete Technology (ICT) offers the highest quality products for the concrete coating and hardscape trades. Widely used on pool decks, patios, driveways, floors, and countertops, our products are proudly made in America at our facility in Lakeland, Florida.
Innovative Concrete Technology is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our team and help us adapt to and build upon our continued growth and success in Florida and around the country. This individual will provide leadership for other technical sales representatives while also serving as a technical sales representative for corporate accounts and the Florida market.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as technical sales representative for existing distributors in key areas of Florida.
- Grow sales of ICT products by increasing sales to existing distributors and acquiring new customers
- Play a key role in strategic planning and driving growth goals and benchmarks.
- Manage and motivate internal and contracted technical sales representatives to meet goals.
- Learn and understand the use of ICT’s products to provide technical assistance, product recommendations, and hands-on demonstrations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven ability to grow sales
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with our customers.
- Background in construction or coatings.
- Extremely organized and self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to perform hands-on product training.
- Willingness to travel with 5-10 overnight stays per month.
- High school degree required, and bachelor's degree preferred.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

(up to 50 lbs.); continued standing at trade shows and events; use of hand tools and power washing equipment to demonstrate the use of ICT products; ability to drive a motor vehicle; ability to travel; and ability operate computers, smartphones, and other similar devices.

- This position is full-time. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, however around 6 or less weekends per year will be required for trade shows.
- The position will require frequent travel (75% of the time).
- This position will be expected to occasionally work from ICT’s facility in Lakeland, FL.
