We’re seeking a Freelance Technical Project Manager/Producer to support a high-impact website redesign project for a leading company in the AI-powered market and enterprise intelligence space. This role will play a key part in transforming a complex, content-rich website into a customer-first, conversion-optimized digital experience.

What You'll Do

1. Own ticket writing and define clear acceptance criteria to support development workflows
2. Lead sprint planning, manage sprint ceremonies, and ensure agile best practices are followed
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product, to ensure seamless project execution
4. Proactively identify and address technical risks, blockers, and dependencies to keep the project on track
5. Support the creation of a scalable, future-forward digital platform that aligns with business goals and technical standards

What You'll Bring

1. Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Producer/Project Manager or similar role on digital product projects.
2. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of web development, CMS systems, API integrations, and localization implementation.
3. Detail-Oriented: Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing a fast-paced workload.
4. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be over-communicative to ensure clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.

Pay Range

1. The expected pay range for this role is $65-84 per hour, but will depends on the level in which you are engaged
2. Our company has three regional pay bands that it adheres to depending on your location, we reference them as US 1, US 2, and US 3.
3. US 3 is our base pay. Examples of cities in US 3 are Portland, Houston and Miami.
4. US 2 pay is 7.5% higher than US 3 to meet the market rates. Examples of cities in US 2 are Los Angeles, Chicago and Seattle.
5. US 1 pay is 15% higher than US 3 to meet market rates. Examples of cities in US 1 are Brooklyn and San Francisco.
