Optomi, in partnership with an innovative software organization, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to support and modernize a suite of Azure-based applications. You will play a critical role in stabilizing existing applications while contributing to ongoing cloud-native transformation initiatives.

4. Demonstrated experience in code reviews, solution design, and technical leadership

6. Comfortable working in customer-facing environments with strong communication skills
7. Hands-on experience with proof of concepts (PoCs), root cause analysis (RCA), and system stabilization
8. Growth mindset with interest in learning new technologies, including AI-driven development tools

Responsibilities of the Right Candidate

1. Lead code reviews, identify issues, and guide engineering teams on best practices and remediation
2. Partner with Project Managers to define user stories, break down technical tasks, and support sprint planning
3. Design and validate scalable, maintainable solutions across Azure-based architectures
4. Troubleshoot complex issues across legacy and modern application ecosystems
5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers across multiple teams and locations
6. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
7. Contribute hands-on where needed, especially in PoCs, debugging, and architectural validation
8. Ensure high-quality delivery standards across all development efforts
