As a Technical Lead, you will lead a high-performing technical team of software developers that are developing both web and mobile applications that connect us to customers and other teams.

What You Will Do
 

  • Lead a high-performing technical team of software developers.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to determine best practices and requirements for software.
  • Oversee projects and coordinate with other teams to produce better solutions and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Evaluate the functionality of systems and take a lead on innovative technical developments and strategies.
  • Identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions that meet current and future needs.

     

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
 

  • Experience developing in the modern object-oriented development language C#.NET
  • Experience developing in Angular 6+ and/or React
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based applications
  • Experience using Message Queueing Technologies such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
  • Experience with SOLID or Clean Code Development Patterns

     

What Will Put You Ahead
 

  • Experience setting up an application to build in a Docker Container
  • Experience writing unit tests using Jasmine, Jest, or any js/ts unit test framework
  • Experience working in the ORM Framework (Entity Framework, Hibernate, Dapper)
  • Experience taking designs and recreating with HTML and CSS
  • Experience with Cloud-native applications
  • Experience with the Reactive Extension Library programming API like RxJS or ReactiveX
  • Experience with State Management libraries that follows a Flux architecture, such as NgRx, Redux or MobX

     

For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000 - $160,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
