The position:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Recruiter to work closely with our sales team to find our clients the best candidates within the SAP space. There will then be the opportunity to learn the sales side of the role and to start to generate your own business in the future. You will be working closely with the leadership team who are still hands on and who will strive to support your professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, managing and interviewing candidates over the telephone and via email to match the clients needs
• Developing your targeted market knowledge, building and maintaining a specialist network of high calibre SAP professionals
• Understanding and consulting on clients requirements
• In person meetings and participating in industry events
• Lead generation and job postings

Experience required:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience of sourcing Technical/ IT candidates.
