We are seeking a Technical Analyst - DevSecOps who combines hands-on technical expertise with project delivery and Scrum Master capabilities. This role requires someone who can understand code, DevSecOps, and testing practices, and coach agile teams while ensuring successful project delivery.

The Work Itself

Technical

1. Oversee DevSecOps and testing practices
2. Maintain coding standards and best practices

Project Delivery

1. Create and maintain project roadmaps
2. Track and report project progress

Scrum Master

1. Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
2. Coach team members on Agile practices
3. Maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog

Team Management

1. Manage team capacity and workload
2. Promote knowledge sharing

The Skills You Bring

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology
2. 1+ year of software development experience:
3. Proficient in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
4. Experience with version control systems (Git)
5. Knowledge of sustain tools management activities
6. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
7. 1+ year of project management experience:
8. Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or related

Base Pay Range: $65000 - $115000 USD

An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
