The Opportunity

Product Support - Tech Writer- Contractor
 

• As a Technical write you will be responsible for producing technical and general documentation and content related to LGEUS Commercial Air Conditioning business.
• Writes and proactively maintains documentation including engineering manuals, installation manuals, submittals, service manuals
• Translates complex technical concepts & content into easily read text, tables, charts & graphics
• Proactively communicates ensuring accurate & complete information is provided to effectively support product lines
• Works closely & collaboratively with other teams including Engineering and PlatformManagement
   

Required Skills
 

• BS or BA in English, Journalism or Engineering preferred
• Minimum of 5 years technical writing experience
• Exceptional written, organizational, interpersonal, project management & communication skills
• Ability to drive projects to completion
• Highly motivated, resourceful personality with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be technically adept and able to understand subject matter
• Strong attention to detail
• Results driven, action-oriented individual that is accountable for the success of project delivery and launch

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) software preferred. Pay Range: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

In addition to the above, we believe that pay transparency is a key part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary ranges take into account many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skillset, experience, licensure, certifications, internal equity, and other business needs. We consider geographic pay differentials in final offers.
