Welcome to the world of land-based gaming. Light & Wonder’s gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

· Research and identify solutions to software and application issues

· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including software deployments and application configuration

· Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem

· Track application system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits (SLA’s)

· Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)

· Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

· Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions

· Ensure all issues are properly logged and documented

· Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

· Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting

· Prepare accurate and timely reports on service levels and open incidents when requested

· Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in incident resolution
  • Strong proficiency in SQL log research and configuration updates
  • Experience with help desk tools such as Siebel and jira
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Years of experience 2 to 5 years
