We are looking for a skilled SailPoint Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement identity management solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ, ensuring that our identity governance and compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize SailPoint applications, including configuration of identity models, workflows, and rules.

Implement and optimize provisioning processes and access certifications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Integrate SailPoint with various applications and data sources using connectors and APIs.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity management.

Conduct testing and validation of solutions to ensure functionality and performance.

Document system configurations, processes, and workflows for future reference and compliance.

Stay up-to-date with SailPoint features and best practices to enhance system capabilities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a SailPoint Developer, with hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.

Strong programming skills in Java, BeanShell, or similar languages.

Familiarity with SQL, LDAP, or other directory services.

Understanding of identity governance concepts and security best practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in SailPoint or related identity management technologies.

Experience with cloud-based identity solutions , Identity Governance.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX).

Salary Range: - $90,000-$110,000 a year
