We’re seeking a highly skilled Software Platform Engineer. Our client is a premier SaaS business servicing the largest financial and healthcare institutions in the world. They provide world-class software solutions utilizing the most modern Cloud, AI and LLM based technology advancements. This job will be fully remote and require an engineer to build complex back-end systems, using Golang, Cloud Services. DevOps practices and IaC. The key stakeholder will be other development teams in the company, building the suite of various applications that will connect to this back-end platform. Engineers should be very confident with CI/CD, Rest API’s, Linux Systems and Terraform.

 

Job Title: Platform Engineer – GoLang / Cloud Services

Location: United States – Fully Remote

 

Required Technology And Skills

• 8-10 years software development experience with back-end systems.
• 2+ years coding in Golang.
• 5+ years working in AWS Cloud Systems and/or Private Cloud.
• Full stack Engineer with Linux Systems, DevOps Infrastructure, Microservices and IaC.
• Working in a DevOps based environment using CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes with Git version control.
• Experience being part of an enterprise services team, building platforms used by other development teams.
• A combination of AWS and Private Cloud to optimize system performance and scalability.

 

Additional Skills

• Has worked for a Software as a Service business that builds enterprise software used by fortune 1000 companies.
• Experience is from tech-first org’s that use and build cutting edge LLM and AI based products.
• Has been working with multiple teams and stakeholders from various locations.
• Strong collaboration, mentoring, architecture and code review skills.

 

Compensation: Salary will be based on experience with a range of $165,000 and $200,000
