Power Platform and IT Support Engineer


This is a perfect position for someone who has been working in a support engineer role that has the mindset to build automation solutions, support users, and maintain systems in the Microsoft ecosystem.


Compliant Pharmacy Alliance Cooperative is seeking a Systems Engineer to support and advance the technology infrastructure, focusing on automation, process efficiency, and cloud service integration. This role blends day-to-day support execution with a proactive approach to system improvements, including contributions to Microsoft 365 administration, Power Platform automation, and the upkeep of Dynamics 365 solutions.


This position is remote, work-from-home, role but must work in the Central Time Zone and have the ability to work after-hours (evenings) at least one day each week for system updates.


This role will be paid within a range of $82,000-$92,000 annually and has a full benefit package including health, dental, vision, vacation, and retirement plan.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Triage, prioritize, and route service desk requests
  2. Automate routine processes, including onboarding, account provisioning, and configuration
  3. Manage and maintain Microsoft Dataverse tables, views, and schema
  4. Support and administer Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications
  5. Develop and maintain low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Logic Apps
  6. Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud-based services support
  7. Support ticket reduction efforts by developing flows, scripts, and system improvements
  8. Develop scripts using PowerShell, Batch, ARM (IaC), and others as required
  9. Develop and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines as necessary
  10. Collaborate with the Microsoft Cloud Engineer on projects and infrastructure as needed
  11. Assist the IT team with creating cloud solutions aligned with our overall IT strategy


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and three or more years of experience in systems engineering or a similar role
  2. Power Platform/Dynamics 365 CRM (Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) or Microsoft Certified Power Platform Fundamentals or greater) AND Azure/M365 (Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert or greater) certifications are a plus
  3. Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Intune; as well as Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
  4. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) modules and Microsoft Dataverse
  5. Experience with PowerShell and scripting tools to support automation
  6. Ability to document technical processes and follow structured change workflows
  7. Familiarity with Azure backup methodologies and 3rd party backup solutions
  8. Windows Server administration experience
  9. Practical knowledge and understanding of methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and DevOps
