Location: Remote (U.S. Based)

Contract Length: Ongoing project-based work

Pay Range: $30–$40/hour (commensurate with experience and degree level)

We’re currently seeking a research-focused contractor to join a dynamic team working on projects related to survey design, efficacy research, and educational outcomes—particularly in the healthcare education space. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in academic research and quantitative analysis who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze surveys using Qualtrics
• Conduct quantitative research on efficacy, engagement, and/or program effectiveness
• Support the development of manuscripts for journal publication
• Collaborate on studies involving educational outcomes and learner data
• Navigate IRB processes and assist in protocol submissions

Required Qualifications:

• Academic research experience, including contributing to or authoring peer-reviewed journal articles
• Proficiency in Qualtrics (survey design, logic, distribution, data export)
• Experience with quantitative research methods related to efficacy or engagement
• Familiarity with the IRB process
• Excellent written communication skills
• Master’s degree (minimum) in Psychology, Education, Public Health, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in R, Python, or SAS for data analysis
• Basic knowledge of psychometrics (Rasch modeling, Winsteps, or equating methods)
