The Good Life Wine Collective is looking to add a Tasting Room Support/Barback role to support our sales teams at our Jessup Cellars tasting room in Yountville from Thursday – Sunday. To start, the schedule will be 9:45 AM – 6:15 PM, and with Thursday – Saturday shifting to 1:30 PM – 10 PM as we extend our hours of operation.

Who You Are: You are passionate about hospitality, creating connections, and being part of a team. You live close enough to Napa Valley to feel comfortable with your commute. You are interested in learning about wine and enjoy being in a valued utility role.

A Day in the Life:

Stocking wines and ensuring inventory needs are communicated to tasting room teams

Making weekly or as-needed wine runs to fulfillment/shipping houses in a company van

Setting up and breaking down tasting experiences and private events

Ensuring glassware is buffed and set

Putting together cheese plates for guests

Participating in regular staff meetings and organizational check-ins

Help keep our tasting room clean and organized

Assisting sales teams as needed to provide an exceptional guest experience that includes but is not limited to greeting guests, answering phone calls, and adding reservations to our calendar.

Things We Need from You:

Valid California Driver's License and clean DMV record

Ability to lift, move, and carry cases of wine (50-60 lbs)

Ability to drive a large van

A positive, team-centric attitude

Strong work ethic

Weekend and occasional evening availability

Must be 18 years old or older
