We have teamed up with a leading steelwork firm who have a workshop in Schenectady and looking for a supervisor to help manage a team. They are a structural steel and miscellaneous fabricator.

Responsibilities
 

• Inspect tools and equipment and coordinate with Maintenance personnel.
• Plan and coordinate all materials.
• Ensure employees are properly trained in quality standards and procedures.
• plan for efficient shop operations that day
• Train and develop employees.
• Coordinate with Shop Supervisor, Quality Control
   

Experience Needed
 

• 3 years' experience in a steelwork contractor
• 2 years' experience in a team's leader or supervisor role
• Experience in Tekla EPM (preferred)
