We are seeking an experienced restaurant, retail, base building and interior Superintendent to manage projects in Maryland/District of Columbia/Northern Virginia, effectively the Metro Tri-State Area. Our client has secured major retail and restaurant concepts over the last few months and are poised for sustained growth, locally!

Job Details

• 3+ years' of construction experience as Foreman, Assistant Super or Super
• Experience in fast-track construction
• Diligently manage construction schedules and budgets for assigned projects
• Ability to communicate, effectively, with subcontractors and vendors
• Maintain project reports
