We are seeking a part time Retail Associate looking to put in 8-12 hours per week. Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to provide quality customer service will be the keys to your success and ours. It's a bit cliche, but we are not necessarily looking for the best person, but rather the right person. Responsibilities & Duties

• Daily store operations, including but not limited to answering phones, making appointments, organizing and processing clients' check-in/check-outs and performing retail sales. You will be the face of the Company!
• Learn all of the major dog breeds and how to efficiently schedule appointments one-on-one with our Groomers
• Ability to successfully recommend products and services
• Opening and closing registers, accounting for daily intake and preparing cash deposits
• Opening and closing of the store
• Maintaining a clean and orderly environment throughout the store
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards
• Professionally handling customer issues

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred
• Previous pet industry experience is preferred
• Previous experience with booking software systems is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Team player
• Weekend availability from time-to-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
