HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated STIBO MDM Release Engineer to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.


Job Title: STIBO MDM Support / Release Engineer

Job ID: 2658410

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Frisco, TX (Remote ok)


Role/Responsibilities

  1. Work with STIBO team to support the setup of QA environment.
  2. Develop and institutionalize STIBO Release Train for a given Program Increment cycle.
  3. Liaison with business, IT to understand the various release requirements for a given Agile program increment.


Qualifications & Experience:


Minimum Requirements

  1. 10-12 years of MDM engagement experience
  2. STIBO Release Management experience of 3-4 years
  3. STIBO Techno-Functional development 5 years.
  4. Should have worked as Release coordinator in STIBO projects in the past for atleast 2-3 years.
  5. Ability to develop or coordinate CI/CD pipelines development with Devops team and integrate with STIBO releases for automated release management
  6. Ability to work with STIBO developers, architects and client stakeholders for defining and executing releases (Minor, Major)
  7. Ability to understand environments and strategize the STIBO Upgrades, their validation and coordinate with team in post upgrade activities.
  8. Ability to manage the STIBO User needs accounts creation, termination, SSO and roles and permissions setup in STIBO.
  9. Build Release automation across environments.


Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $72,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $147,400 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
