Staff Software Engineer/ Python / AWS/ FastAPI or Flask

I’m working with a well-funded, high-growth cybersecurity startup building AI-driven products used by leading enterprise teams. They’re hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead backend initiatives tied directly to core product and revenue.

You’ll own design and development of scalable systems powering AI workflows and large-scale data processing, working closely with product and data teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

1. Strong experience with Python in production environments
2. Proven track record building scalable, distributed systems
3. Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS
4. Experience with modern API's (Flask/FastAPI)
5. Strong system design and architecture skills
