We’re hiring the first ever Product Manager. You’ll take product over from the founder, a PM by trade, and own the roadmap for an AI agent that handles enterprise contract redlining, negotiation and obligation management.

Before you read on:

• 5 days onsite in New York City (Brooklyn)
• Must already be NYC based or moving on your own. No relocation support.
• Visa transfers are OK (OPT, H1B). No new sponsorship.
• $180k to $250k base, with room to go higher for exceptional candidates

What you’ll do:

• Own product strategy and the roadmap: what gets built, what waits, and why
• Turn feedback from forward-deployed legal engineers into product direction
• Scope and plan with engineers in AI-assisted sprints that ship in days, not weeks
• Talk through agent architecture tradeoffs and prototype ideas in Claude Code or Cursor
• Build the product function from scratch: prioritisation, docs, launches, metrics

What we’re looking for:

• 5 to 10 years as a PM, with roadmap ownership on an AI-focused engineering team
• You’ve shipped LLM or agent-based products into production
• Hands on with evals, latency, model behaviour and context
• A technical background, ideally ex-engineer
• Startup, founder or first PM experience (Seed to Series B)
• Bonus: AI platform or recommendation team experience at a large consumer tech company
• Bonus: comfortable pulling your own data with SQL
