Total Party Planner (TPP), part of the Fullsteam organization, is a well-established company transforming the catering industry, serving thousands of users daily. While our company is mature, our development team is small, dynamic, and empowered. We are seeking a confident Sr. Software Engineer to join our engineering team as a core member. In this role, you will take ownership of major features, contribute to product strategy, and help shape the engineering culture. This is a rare opportunity to make a direct impact in a small, collaborative team while working on products used across the entire catering industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Be an essential contributor to the engineering team and team culture.
2. Take full ownership of major features from inception to production.
3. Lead initiatives independently while leveraging support from the team.
4. Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix bugs efficiently.
5. Collaborate across departments to ensure the product meets user needs.

Required Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of concentrated, daily experience with NestJS, ability to jump in and contribute day 1
2. 3+ years of concentrated daily experience with React (Typescript + Javascript) and Vite
3. Web Services/API experience (.Net Core)
4. Experience with Microservices (.Net Core)
5. Knowledge of Azure CI/CD pipelines
6. Strong database skills (MS SQL)
7. Experience with JQuery and legacy Webforms (.Net 4.8)
8. Familiarity with AI tooling for DevEx
9. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
10. 3–5+ years of experience in full stack development (or equivalent experience demonstrating strong skills in the required technologies)
