Join our team as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer for Refining/Oil & Gas and make an impact on the world of technology

Yearly Salary: $165,000 - $200,000

Location: Fremont, CA

Join our client as a Principal Engineer and lead the innovation of fluid system solutions that create new business opportunities. You will be involved in all aspects of Assembly Services operations support, from design and development to customer service and quality assurance. You will also set the standards for the engineering team, establish product and process innovation goals, and manage the successful development, deployment, and monetization of Innovative Solutions.

You will work with a diverse group of people, including sales associates, customers, suppliers, and other engineers. You will lead design support and product development activities for custom products that have the potential for application across large portions of our customer base. You will also ensure that assembly service activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies, and general duty of care.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline
• 12 years minimum of experience in chemical and refining industries

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• High level proficiency with CAD
• Product and design development experience around gas and liquid delivery
• Manufacturing operations experience
• A proven track record of leading innovation projects and delivering results
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for continuous improvement and learning
