Sr. Manager - Social Media and Influencer

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Develop social media and influencer strategy to drive business and brand goals
• Create content plans and brief agency on necessary deliverables for campaigns, evergreen and promotional campaigns, identifying specific platforms to lean into for each.
• Ensure channel health and positive sentiment drivers, making sure content plans incorporate key platform learnings to improve engagement
• Identify emerging trends and platforms relevant to HE business to test and learn as early adopters, as well as opportunities for brand and sales
• Manage multimillion dollar agency budget, resources and planning for full year
• Share out campaign reporting, synthesize learnings and distill key action items to digital and DG teams, educating broader HE team on social & influencer’s contribution to the business.

Requirements:
• BS/BA degree preferred but not required
• 10+ years of experience in a previous Marketing Manager or Senior Manager role with at least 5 years of experience working in social media, influencer management, product content, digital marketing, content development and production, content planning, GTM planning
• Project management, agency management, social listening
• Knowledge of Sprinklr preferred but not required
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and intermediate Excel skills required
