YOUR IMPACT
The Senior Operations Excellence Manager (OEM) is a key member of the Americas team leading Innovation, Ops Excellence and New Market Entry across the region. A great OEM is a collaborative and energetic relationship-builder with sound commercial acumen and cultural competence. This leader operates with accountability, transparency, and passion for building the business from the fryer up. The OEM will also lead and coordinating the new restaurant opening process, training, and follow-up support for new restaurants and Brand Partners. This role will be remote in the region.

ENTREPRENEURIAL: You work with an owner’s mentality when collaborating cross-functionally as you manage multiple concurrent projects from inception through execution, while never losing sight of your Brand Partners.
