Sr. IT Systems Engineer - Axway Secure Transport Admin - Remote
Job Description
The Systems Engineer IT is responsible for administration and documentation of File Transfer setups, support of file transfer and connection failures. This position is responsible for being a deep subject matter expert and performing activities required for the support of secured IT infrastructure. This position is also responsible for managing work direction, leading, and influencing other engineers to achieve results.
Responsibilities
- Axway Secure Transport Administration (Account setup, transfer sites, routes, file tracking, credentials, certificate management)
- Solve technical issues including file transfer failures, connection issues and server operations
- Documentation of implementations (New, Modify, & Decommission)
- Manage work direction, lead and influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within team
- Oversee execution of key strategic initiatives
- Create and conduct logical design based on architectural reviews
- Serve as collaborate pivot point between the engineers and management
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Experience with specific domain relevant to team
- 5 years of experience with infrastructure technologies
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

- Networking experience, including AS2, SFTP, PESIT, HTTPS protocols
- Familiarity with SSL/SSH Certificates, SSH Cypher/Algorithms and PGP encryption
- Familiarity with RESTful API calls
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting
- Experience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
- Previous experience in PBM / health care industry

- Understanding of security implications of domain
- ITIL Foundations Certification
Minimum Physical Job Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime, on-call, and shifts outside of Prime’s core business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Reporting Structure
- Reports to a Manager in the IT department
Potential pay for this position ranges from $85,500.00 - $136,700.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
