Our client is a niche Retained Executive Recruiting Firm with a presence in the New England area, Tri-State and West Coast, offering Executive Search and Board Consulting & Advisory services for SMB and Fortune 500 organizations across leading technology companies.
Role:
Our client is looking for a Senior Associate, who will perform a full cycle recruiting role within the Technology practice. This individual must possess solid interpersonal and communication skills, strong client-service orientation, and rigorous work ethic.
The candidate should have 6-10 years’ relevant, client-facing work experience in talent acquisition / executive search with a proven track record of work with Private Equity and Portfolio Companies, and VC backed organizations.
Responsibilities:
Establish new connections through meetings with existing and potential new candidates, senior level executives, and networking contacts.
Maintain consistent pipeline of active talent and prospective nee candidates with responsibilities including candidate sourcing, talent mapping, thorough intakes, short list presentations, offer management, etc.
Create and execute sourcing and talent procurement strategy to expand network and support active jobs pipeline.
Strengthen all relationships by maintaining excellent communication and follow-up, while showing genuine concern for overall candidate / client satisfaction.
Provide in-depth insight for candidates and clients into industry subsectors/companies, while successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously under timelines, consistently delivering the highest quality solutions and service.
Qualifications:
3-7 years of relevant client-facing professional experience, ideally in executive recruitment
Proven track record of solid recruiting, researching, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving in a client-service or investment-oriented environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with candidates, clients, executives, and other stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or another graduate degree a plus.
