10pm-6:30am, rotating weekends

2pm-10:30pm, rotating weekends

Exciting things are happening at Prime Healthcare St. Francis Hospital! We are seeking dedicated Lab Assistants to join our team as we build and launch our brand-new Specialty Core Laboratory. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing laboratory team and contribute to the foundation of an innovative, high-quality diagnostic services program.

Position Summary

The Lab Assistant plays a critical role in supporting laboratory operations through accurate specimen receipt, processing, handling, and preparation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a hospital or clinical laboratory environment and a strong commitment to quality, patient safety, and teamwork.

Available Opportunities

✅ Full-Time – 10pm-6:30am, rotating weekends

✅ Full-Time – 2pm-10:30pm, rotating weekends

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous specimen processing experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to supporting quality patient care and laboratory excellence
