Job Description:

We are looking for a talented BSS Mediation Specialist to join our planning and development team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Telecom Mediation platforms, with a strong understanding of architecture, design, and implementation.

What you will do

Gather and finalize requirements with the customer
Design & implementation of the technical solution
Development of the mediation flows
Ensure delivery and execution as per SLAs
Perform capacity and performance management-related activities
Work closely with Operations teams
Planning and Design related Tasks
Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis

You will bring

Bachelor's degree in engineering (IT, Telecom, CS) with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in mediation domain.
Prior experience with Ericsson mediation will be the plus point.
Knowledge of mediation platform design, architecture, and its functionalities.
Excellent technical knowledge of telecom concept, processes, and solutions.
Good understanding of Linux/Unix, Scripting & Python.
Good knowledge & understanding of Databases and SQL language.
Good understanding of ASN1 decoding/encoding schemes.
knowledge of virtualization & veritas will be considered as a plus point.
Strong experience in data analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
