Job Description:

For our client, we are seeking a Specialist HR Automation & AI to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.


Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 annually


Responsibilities


  • Map and analyze current HR processes to identify inefficiencies
  • Support the configuration and documentation of automation and AI solutions
  • Design and implement intelligent agents and workflows for reliability and scalability
  • Lead small- to medium-scale AI initiatives from concept to deployment
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify automation and AI opportunities
  • Monitor solution performance, recommending enhancements for effectiveness
  • Apply structured improvement methodologies to redesign workflows

Qualifications


  • 3-5+ years of experience in process improvement, systems analysis, or HR technology with a focus on AI and automation
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience applying automation and/or AI in business contexts with focus on data sensitivity
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, RPA, or AI-enabled tools
  • Proven project management skills managing multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Strong analytical skills to simplify complex processes into effective solutions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
