We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to support the design and implementation of complex, enterprise‑scale IT solutions. In this role, you will work closely with other architects, engineering teams, and third-party vendors to deliver secure, scalable, and well‑documented solutions that align with business objectives and established software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

This position requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to guide and review development efforts, and excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the development of solution architectures that meet both business and technical requirements.
2. Guide and review third‑party software development across multiple programming languages and technology stacks.
3. Manage and support SQL Server development activities, including data modeling, optimization, and storage strategies.
4. Implement and advocate for secure coding practices aligned with OWASP standards.
5. Support the establishment and ongoing execution of security controls, reviews, and best practices.
6. Oversee deployment and code management processes to ensure code quality, stability, and integrity.
7. Contribute to DevOps initiatives, including maintaining and enhancing CI/CD pipelines.
8. Facilitate system integrations with enterprise platforms such as Office 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other third‑party solutions.
9. Create and maintain technical documentation, including Architecture Design Documents (ADDs), architectural diagrams, and solution summaries.
10. Communicate architectural decisions and technical solutions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
11. Guide and support adherence to required SDLC processes and governance standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or software development, with a strong emphasis on solution architecture.
3. Strong foundation in software development, database technologies, and system integration.
4. Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage technical discussions with internal teams and external vendors.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with enterprise cloud platforms and modern data storage technologies.
2. Proficiency with .NET, SQL Server, and secure application design principles.
3. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern application deployment models.
4. Experience supporting enterprise-level integrations and vendor-managed solutions.
