Software Engineer (Data + Backend)

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $150,000 – $160,000 + equity

In this role, you’ll help create a brand-new recommendations system that powers how users discover content, communities, and experiences.

There’s no legacy system to untangle, just a real chance to shape a core product area as it’s being built. You’ll work closely with a senior engineer to turn big ideas into systems that actually scale.

Day to day, the focus is on building data pipelines, backend services, and APIs that power real-time recommendations.

You’ll team up with product and data partners to turn raw data into experiences people actually care about, with real ownership over what gets built, not just tickets to close.
