About the Role

This engagement supports high-impact research collaborations with leading AI labs. The role involves helping improve AI systems through code validation, prompt refinement, algorithmic evaluation, and model benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and code
2. Validate algorithms and software concepts for technical accuracy
3. Provide structured feedback on solution quality and clarity
4. Tag and organize content by topic, difficulty, or language
5. Support benchmarking efforts to assess model capabilities
6. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance

Ideal Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in software engineering, technical research, or educational content development
2. Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
3. Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++ (and other common languages)
4. Experience with debugging, testing, and validating code
5. Comfortable with technical writing and high attention to detail
