1. Implementing backend infrastructure for AI-driven features and company-wide AI adoption.
2. Building and maintaining APIs for web and mobile applications.

We are looking for:

1. 3 - 5 years of experience as a backend engineer (approx 3yrs with Python)
2. Experience at a startup (Series D or earlier) during a growth phase (increase in employees, funding, or revenue)
3. Experience with and excitement to use AI tools like Cursor, Devin, Windsurf, Codeium, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini
4. Work history demonstrates rapid promotions / high slope
5. D2C experience (nice to have)
6. Experience with Javascript, AWS, IaC - Terraform, Postgres
7. Willing to spend 25% of time on frontend + infra
