We're looking for a Software Engineer with strong production experience in React and Next.js, along with experience building and shipping applications using React Native.

You'll help build and scale the web and cross-platform client surfaces of our product ecosystem — owning meaningful features from API integration through UI delivery. This role balances strong hands-on execution with growing architectural influence.

What You'll Work On

1. Build and maintain production-grade web applications using React and Next.js.
2. Develop and ship cross-platform mobile features using React Native.
3. Own features end-to-end — from API integration and data handling through component architecture and delivery.
4. Make informed decisions about state management, rendering strategies (SSR/SSG/ISR), and performance trade-offs.
5. Improve frontend performance through code splitting, bundle optimization, and render efficiency.
6. Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineers to translate requirements into clear, well-scoped technical plans.
7. Participate in design discussions and code reviews, contributing to shared patterns and best practices.
8. Mentor less experienced engineers through pairing, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

Must Have

1. 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
2. Strong production experience building and operating applications with React and Next.js.
3. Production experience with React Native, including shipping mobile features to end users.
4. Strong TypeScript fundamentals and experience building type-safe systems.
5. Experience owning meaningful features or systems in a production environment.
6. Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management patterns, and performance considerations.
7. Ability to clearly communicate technical trade-offs and collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with advanced Next.js features (App Router, server components, caching strategies).
2. Experience with monorepo tooling (Turborepo, Nx) and shared component libraries.
3. Familiarity with real-time communication technologies (WebSockets, WebRTC).
4. Backend experience (Node.js, API design, database modeling, caching strategies).
5. Experience working on media-rich or performance-sensitive applications.
6. Familiarity with Renewed Vision products (ProPresenter, ProVideoPlayer, ProScoreboard).

Compensation
