Job Overview:


What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Collaborating with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  2. Creating comprehensive technical specifications and project plans for Salesforce implementation and enhancements.
  3. Leading code reviews, architectural assessments, and providing feedback to development teams for quality assurance.
  4. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring stability and reliability of business applications.
  5. Mentoring and coaching junior team members on best practices, technical solutions, and professional development.
  6. Developing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce customizations, integrations, and enterprise applications.
  7. Actively monitoring Salesforce releases, exploring new features, and integrating innovative solutions from the AppExchange.
  8. Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for real-time issues affecting business operations.

What You’ll Need:

  1. Minimum 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 7 years in Salesforce Development/Administration.
  2. Expertise in Salesforce skills including Apex Classes, Triggers, Visual Force Pages, Flows & Approvals, Reports & Dashboards, and Data Loader.
  3. Proficiency in Lightning Component Framework, Aura Lightning, LWC, JavaScript, and JQuery.
  4. Experience with Salesforce API integration (REST/SOAP), ETL tools, and operational support methodologies (Copado, GitLab).
  5. Functional knowledge of Sales, Service, and Community Clouds, plus experience with enterprise platforms like DocuSign, Coveo, Event Monitoring, OwnBackup (a plus).
  6. Salesforce.com certifications: Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Platform Developer I & II, Platform App Builder; Application Architect/Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications are a bonus.
