Job Position: Software Developer (C#/ASP.NET)

The Software Developer position will work independently and with a team to design, document, develop, and implement .NET Web applications. Also, this role is responsible for ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full ownership of your assigned projects and manage key aspects of the development lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, solution design and coding
2. Play an active role in the design and development of new functionality and updates to our system
3. Design, develop and enhance existing ASP.NET user interface screens with accessibility in mind
4. Develop data interfaces using the company’s data access layer (DAL)
5. Design and develop SQL databases and queries
6. Maintain security and confidentiality of company data
7. Understands and complies with all company Privacy and Security standards
8. Comply with continued learning requirements
9. Implement secure coding methodologies in software development processes

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of applicable technical experience.
2. 3 or more years of software development experience
3. Proficient in C# programming, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL Server
4. Intermediate understanding of MVC principals
5. Experience with Web Forms and/or Razor Pages
6. Experience with Visual Studio
7. Experience with Git source control
8. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively and efficiently
9. Ability to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation
10. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
11. Good written and verbal communications skills
