We're revolutionizing how software gets built. Our company is transitioning from traditional development practices to AI-powered software engineering, and we're looking for developers who are excited about this transformation. If you're ready to leverage tools like Claude, Bolt.new, and other AI coding assistants to build applications faster and smarter, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

You'll be part of our engineering team as we reimagine the software development process. Rather than spending your days writing boilerplate code, you'll architect solutions, guide AI tools to generate high-quality code, and focus on the creative and strategic aspects of software development. You'll work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into effective AI prompts, and iterate rapidly on working prototypes and production applications. You’ll have responsibility for building the full stack, but with an emphasis on front end interface development.

Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, experimenting with the latest AI coding tools, evaluating and refining AI-generated code for quality and security, and helping establish best practices for our AI-augmented development workflow.

What We're Looking For

We want developers who have hands-on experience building and deploying real applications using AI coding tools. You should be comfortable working with platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Bolt.new, or similar tools to accelerate development. Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and React is highly valued. You understand software architecture and design patterns well enough to guide AI tools effectively, and you can critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.

Strong communication skills are essential since you'll be translating business requirements into technical solutions through AI collaboration. You should be adaptable and excited about working in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. Experience with modern web technologies, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms is important, as is a genuine curiosity about AI capabilities and limitations.

Nice to Have

Experience training or fine-tuning AI models for specific development tasks would be valuable. We'd love to hear about any contributions you've made to the AI coding community, whether through blog posts, tutorials, or open source work. Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and previous experience leading technical transformations or adopting new development methodologies would be great additions to your background.
