Hello, we are looking to expand the group. You will work from our office or remotely depending on the needs of the clients. Provide individual and group therapy. We will handle credentialing with the insurance company and also pay you 60% of billed services to start on a 1099 at the end of the year. 

Responsibilities

Conducting Assessments: Evaluate clients' mental health concerns, history, and current situations through interviews, assessments, and observation.
Developing Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans based on the assessment, considering the client's needs, goals, and therapeutic techniques.
Providing Therapy Sessions: Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches (such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychoanalysis, humanistic therapy, etc.) to address mental health issues.

Work collaboratively with others in relation to the client and family including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, school personnel and other family service or support people.

Must meet all of the contractual requirements of the funding sources and/or agency, including maintaining State licensure.

Knowledge and Skills

LMSW or a LLMSW we can provide supervision if required. 

Must have a minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling and possess the corresponding State of Michigan licensure
